Detychev Aleksei Vladimirovich, 45 y.o., deputy chairman of the Khabarovsk regional branch of the Red Cross. In May 2025, under Article 275.1 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign organization"), he was sentenced to 4.5 years in a general regime penal colony.
